As we continue to encounter positive COVID cases and quarantines at our schools, our school nurses and health aides are working hard to keep up with the demands.  Please continue to take preventative measures to stop the spread.

If you or a family member you live with should test positive for COVID-19, please: 

1. Stay home and ISOLATE

2. Email Investigative.Team@chw.Coos.or.us with the details such as name, date of birth, date of test, Rapid or PCR, location of test, contact phone number. The Local Public Health Department (Coos Health & Wellness) will try to reach out within 72 hrs.

3. Please also call your school Health Room and leave a message with the same information.

Please know that our number one concern is your child’s safety. Thank you for your ongoing work to follow our mask and physical distancing requirements.
