The North Bend School District is in the process of identifying a state-adopted health curriculum for our health curriculum for all levels (elementary, middle school, and high school). The district’s goal is to select a curriculum before the end of this school year (2025-2026) and implement it in the fall of 2026. 

Staff are in the process of reviewing state approved curriculums, which are limited in the area of health.Please see the 2024 Health Education Adopted Materials List (K-12) for materials that have met criteria at a state level for the health content. 

Currently, we are exploring The Great Body Shop for k-8 curriculum and Human Kinetics- Live Well Comprehensive High School Health for 9-12. These are the only two curriculums that meet all the state standards.

North Bend School District is postponing adoption of Social Studies curriculum until the 2026-2027 school year. Please look for updates in the coming school year.
