NBHS Sports Registration for 26/27 School Year

North Bend Athletics is very excited to announce that we have partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign athletic participation forms for your students. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time. 

Registration is now open for students and unlike previous years you can register your student-athlete for all sports throughout the year at one time!  As for paying the athletic fees, we will be ready for payment for those at in person registration on 8/21, as well as provide an online link at that time.  

You may review your data at any time to verify it is current. You will be required to sign your forms once per year and after any update.  We are asking the parents/guardians of all students planning to play sports to create accounts in FinalForms and register your student(s).  

Please register at: https://northbend-or.finalforms.com/ and follow the prompts to create your account, create your students and sign your forms. 

If you have a physical already on file, we can add the date as needed.  If the physical is not current, you can upload it when you register or bring it in to the high school office and we can get up updated.
